The Property

The House itself in a quiet residential area of Carcassonne A recently renovated town house comprising 2 spacious and very well-equipped apartments, each sleeping up to 6 people. Comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining space, each apartment also has it's own private garden for relaxing and dining al fresco.

Located within sight of La Cîte (800m walk) - Carcassonne's hilltop fortified citadel, a World Heritage site with spectacular views.

In a quiet residential area of Carcassonne, the property is a five minute walk from the shops and local amenities, including an excellent boulangerie selling fabulous bread, croissants and patisseries, a fishmonger, wine cave, supermarket and a good pizza restaurant.

The house is normally let as 2 individual apartments or rent the whole house for larger parties sleeping up to 12 with 2 guests on a sofa bed.

There is a large garden that naturally splits into two with private areas for each apartment, both have outdoor seating areas, barbecue and sun umberellas for relaxing and alfresco dining. The property also offers ample designated parking.

The Rental Includes

50% of the holiday rental is payable on booking. The balance is paid 6 weeks prior to arrival plus a refundable security deposit of £100. All breakages must be paid for and will be deducted from the security deposit.
