Carcassonne offers a wide range of activities, depending on how energetic you're feeling, from sight seeing and exploring the ancient citadel to souvenir shopping or just taking time out to enjoy a quiet afternoon coffee in these spectacular surroundings.

The House

A recently renovated town house within sight of La Cîte (800m walk) - Carcassonne's hilltop fortified citadel. As well as being a World Heritage site, this impressive fortress also stood in for Nottingham Castle in Robin Hood: Prince of the Thieves.

Located in a quiet residential area of Carcassonne, the house is a five minute walk away from the shops and local amenities, including an excellent Vienoisse Patisserie with fabulous bread, croissants and patisseries, fishmonger, wine cave, small supermarket and a Pizza Restaurant.

The house can be booked as a whole house sleeping 10/12 people or as two completely separate apartments.

There is a large garden that naturally splits into two, with out door seating areas, barbeques and garden umberellas available for relaxing and alfresco dining. The house also offers ample parking.

A refundable deposit of £100 plus half of the holiday rental price payable on booking. All breakages must be paid for and will be deducted from the deposit.
